To find them on the Evans site, click on the Evans advert on this page, then navigate to "Bags and Racks", then to "Panniers and Rack Bags".
And what is even better, Evans do free delivery, not just to the UK, but to many International destinations as well (minimum order value applies)!

The only reason we will not be buying the panniers is because we already have a pair, and after two years of regular use are still in good working order!
Bike Bins panniers are also available (in the UK) from Practical Cycles (Lytham, Lancashire), Jake's Bikes (Bristol), and some other stockists. Both of these stockists also do internet sales.
Update 1st August 2012: The sale is still on at Evans - their website lists BikeBins in stock in Blue, Red, or Black (the colour refers to the lid - the panniers body itself is only available in black these days, unlike my earlier set which are a kind of dark red / mauve with black lids)
